Simply Forgotten Your Password Or Username?

 

PLEASE CONSIDER: YOUR LOGIN NAME MAY BE DIFFERENT FROM YOUR DISPLAYED USERNAME!!!

Steps:

1. If you've used the Forgotten Password utility on the forum, be SURE to check ALL your email folders, including the junk, spam, and trash folders. The email will come from EMTBravo@EMTBravo.com

2. If you haven't gotten your password within 10 minutes, please search your inbox for the any emails from EMTBravo. These will most likely contain your username.

3. If all the above fails to solve your problem, email EMTBravo@EMTBravo.com with your request for your username or to reset your password. Since this is a manual process, it may take 24-48 hours before we are able to handle your request, so we highly recommend keeping your login information in a safe place.

3. If you want to change your username, please email EMTBravo@EMTBravo.com with your current username, your desired new username, from the email account associated with your current username. You will be notified when your name is changed, and that will immediately become your login name.

Why Can't I Post?

1. You MUST be a Certified Member in order to post.

2. You CAN NOT make a reply to an Incident Alert posting.
Incident discussions take place in appropriate local forums

 


Are You Having Trouble Logging In Or Staying Logged In?

Please follow these steps BEFORE contacting us

1. Check that you are entering the correct username (case sensitive)

2. Check that you are entering the correct password (case sensitive)

3. Try using a different browser.
We recommend Microsoft Internet Explorer 7 or higher,
or Mozilla Firefox.

We HIGHLY RECCOMEND you DO NOT use the AOL browser,
as it is a major cause of login problems. We will not give support to those who
use the AOL browser to use the site.

4. Delete all cookies and temporary online files. Make sure that your computer accepts cookies from our site

5. Check that EMTBravo.net is not being blocked by your firewall or other software

6. Reboot your computer

NOTE: You must be a Certified Member to read access Member Profiles and the PM system

NOTE: You cannot make a reply to an Incident Alerts, and you must be a Certified Member to post

NOTE: If you are trying to log in from your WORK computer, you may experience difficulties due to your company's security settings on web sites or cookies.


If your problem is still not resolved by the steps above

SEND EMAIL TO:

EMTBravo@EMTBravo.com

And include the following in the email:
-Your Username
-Your Email Address
-The Browser You Are Using
-Where You Log In From (i.e. school, home, etc)
- A detailed description of the problem
